Pete's PDF to MD is an open-source desktop utility for turning PDF documents into clean, structured Markdown files for easier editing, search, and AI workflows.
The app includes an Electron-style interface, supports selecting a PDF and output folder, and can generate one Markdown file or section-based outputs by heading. I built it to make document conversion more practical for research, note-taking, and publishing tasks.
